Summer Dance Camp Coming to Maricopa

Calling all dancers to participate in the most intense summer dance camp to hit Maricopa!

Maricopa Dance Academy is presenting the 'Extreme Summer Dance Camp Intensive' with Michele Palmer from August 2 through August 5. Ms. Palmer recently moved to Maricopa from Canada where she owned and operated her own dance studio for 15 years, and is still actively involved in adjudicating dance competitions. She brings with her over 37 years of experience in the dance community, with expertise in jazz, tap, lyrical, street/funk jazz and hip hop. She has studied under and worked with many famous choreographers seen on television today. She has made guest choreography appearances and runs summer intensive dance camps to many dance studios throughout the United States and Canada. She will provide a fantastic camp with guest instructors for dancers of all ages at MDA this summer. This will be a powerful week of intense choreography with amazing choreographers and teachers, stated Elizabeth Fujimoto, owner of MDA. We invite anyone interested to attend.

You can also sign up through the City of Maricopa's summer dance programs. MDA will also be having open auditions for Performance Groups and Competition Groups the first week in August 2010.
