Karen JacksonNicole Hendricks, the personal trainer working with Karen, has created a convenient schedule that is designed specifically to help Karen succeed in fulfilling her goals. This includes a healthy diet, 3 days of cardio and 3 days of weight and functional training. After Karen was notified of her great win, she visited Sara Gilles of Renaissance2 for a physical and blood work to clear her for training. She then began her first session of training provided by Balance Personal Training on Monday, March 3rd. Karen was also given a free tanning package from Jennifer Trader of Copa Tan.
