As the winner of the 2nd Annual Maricopa Makeover, I have spent the last 3 months receiving personal training/nutritional counseling from Nicole Hendricks, co-owner of Balance Personal Training. During this 3-month period, I’ve lost 16 pounds and an incredible 17+ inches, and I feel and look fantastic! Balance offered me great flexibility as far as when and where I worked out. Since I’m a single mom of two teenage boys and my life is a little hectic at times, this was an important factor for me.

Nicole and her partner, Chris Baker, are highly motivating and encouraging people, and they really know what they’re doing!!Not only did I get personal training from them, I got nutritional counseling as well. Balance Personal Training offers a complete package to improve your health and sense of well-being, and they have it down to an art form!!

Give one of them a call, ask them some questions, meet with them in person, and make some time to take care of yourself!! I promise, you won’t be disappointed! I know it’s the best thing I ever did for me and I’m looking forward to continuing on with them now that the makeover has officially ended.
